MCS Policies Fees • All payments are non-refundable. • Full payment or a deposit of 50% is required in advance in order to secure your spot in a class. The remaining balance is due before the first day of class. Any LATE payments have a $10 charge. We accept CASH, CHECKS ($30 returned check fee) and CREDIT CARDS (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD) at MCS Theatre or PAYPAL (above payment). • Commitment is for the duration of the session. If you discontinue any class before the ending date of the session, you forfeit your fee. THERE ARE NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES. However, if a student must cancel a paid session, they may receive a credit for future classes provided that they notify MCS by email at least ONE week in advance and if cancelled session is approved by MCS only. • If you need to set up a payment plan, please see MCS Administration. Excused Absences • MCS holds you accountable to your commitment and word. Excused absences are granted with the right to offer a makeup for professional arts conflicts (i.e. show/filming) or medical illness–with conversation with Teacher and MCS Administration. • The teacher and MCS administration MUST be notified in advance in order to receive an excused absence. • MCS does not offer monetary credit or refunds for excused absences; MCS offers makeup class only. • Makeup Classes expire after one year.
