Congratulations Rachel Policar on Don Procopio!
Rachel will be singing the role of Bettina in the rarely-performed opera Don Procopio (West Coast premiere), composed by Georges Bizet of Carmen fame, with Pacific Opera Project on June 4, 5, and 6, 2021, at the Heritage Square Museum in Los Angeles. It is set in 1913 on an ostrich farm in Highland Park, and there are 8 life-sized ostriches that were built for the production!!!
